mamasũ

A contemporary packaging system for a mother’s tiramisu recipe

Born from the owner’s mother’s tiramisu recipe, Mamasũ translates a deeply personal dessert into a refined contemporary brand. The packaging emerged from the owner’s vision: an elegant and inviting circular format developed across three sizes.

The design and production approach focused on creating a packaging system that felt premium without becoming excessive. Form and materiality were treated with restraint, allowing the circular boxes to become instantly recognizable while remaining functional and economically viable to produce. Particular attention was given to food-safe finishes and interior treatment, ensuring that practicality, durability, and refinement could coexist within a coherent system.

The challenge was to reconcile several constraints simultaneously: developing packaging that felt refined and distinctive, adapting it across multiple formats, and maintaining technical feasibility and cost efficiency for a young growing brand.
