Leather experience, handcrafted in Lebanon
Lyliad is a leather goods brand conceived and produced in Beirut, where designers and artisans work side by side in an exploratory workshop. Its collections are sober and timeless, designed to foreground material, gesture, and making. Each piece is handcrafted, allowing the character of the leather and the hand of the artisan to remain visible.
The name of the brand derives from the Arabic word “لليد”, a tribute “to the Hand” of the persons who create these goods. Lyliad also refers to Homer’s long poem; a hint to the odyssey we would like our products to embark on with you.

The identity is built around restraint and intention. The wordmark allows proportion and spacing, and two abstracted dots, drawn from Arabic letterforms, introduce a subtle cultural inflection and a tactile rhythm that echoes the hand at work. Present both in the logo and stamped into the leather goods themselves, these marks function less as symbols than as signatures, discreet traces of making and language.
